WHAT

I led an organizational transformation with Beiersdorf, a global leader in skincare and the parent company of Nivea, Eucerin, and Derma.

HOW

I designed and facilitated a five-day workshop in Hamburg for 50 senior executives to align on change and set new company visions. This included creating an interactive journal with tools, activities, and frameworks tailed to each organization.

Next, I led the communication strategy to cascade these changes across the company.

I then reimagined onboarding through a Welcome Handbook, transforming this process into an experiential journey anchored in customers.

Finally, I developed a global activation playbook that outlined how Beiersdorf’s global offices could celebrate the launch of coming under one roof. The guide equipped offices worldwide with physical installations, talks, and facilitated sessions to engage 20,000+ employees in the transformation.

IMPACT

The workshop was met with a standing ovation from the 50 executives, showcasing the success of our approach.

Over 20,000 employees participated in the company-wide celebration and increased alignment, belonging, and purpose.
