ABOUT

I don’t think of myself as a traditional “consultant.” I embed with teams and organizations, working alongside them from customer insights to concept development & implementation.

I’ve built two online universities serving millions of learners: IDEO U and UniversityNow. I’ve designed products, campaigns, and platforms for Airbnb, Mercedes, and The Aspen Institute. I’ve led executive trainings and visioning sessions for the Office of the U.S. Surgeon General, Beiersdorf, Salesforce, and the kyu collective. I’ve learned from some of the world’s most innovative leaders.
